FinPlan

One clear money step, every month.

FinPlan is a personal financial planning tool for Indonesia. You fill in your data in about 5 minutes: income, expenses, yearly costs like the trip home for Eid, savings, installments, and BPJS. FinPlan shows where you stand on an 8-level ladder, gives you one clear step each month, then brings you back for a monthly check-in to see your progress.

What's inside

  • An 8-level ladder

Your finances are placed on one of 8 levels, so you can see what's already sorted and what comes next.

  • One step a month

Not a long to-do list. Each month there is one step that matters most, with the reason it comes first.

  • Monthly check-in

Once a month you update your numbers and mark the step you took, and the plan adjusts.

  • Rencanaku (My plan)

All your goals are calculated together. If the money falls short, you choose: shift dates, retire later, or cut a little.

  • Life-event simulations

See the impact before you decide: buying a car, a child being born, changing jobs, or being laid off.

  • An 8-area map

Cash flow, protection, debt, emergency fund, children's education, investment by asset class, retirement including BPJS JHT and JP, and tax and inheritance.

  • Numbers with sources

Every number cites its source, such as PP 45/2015 for the state pension (JP) and BPS data for school costs.

  • Nothing to sell

FinPlan sells no investment or insurance product and takes no commissions. Its advice stops at the asset-class level.

Checking where you stand is free, no card needed. Plan details are on the FinPlan site.

How we built it

Built and run by Arktik with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, on PostgreSQL with row-level security (Drizzle), Better Auth for email and Google sign-in, Mayar for payments, and Resend for email, on Arktik's own server. Every number comes from a deterministic calculation engine; AI is never used to calculate numbers.

FinPlan is a planning tool, not licensed financial advice. It sells no investment or insurance product and takes no commissions. The screens on this page use a sample profile with made-up data. The app itself is in Indonesian.
