Gerai keeps a service business's daily work in order: customers book or join the queue themselves, the till works out commissions and deducts stock at checkout, and owners see revenue on their phone. We run it as four brands, each with the vocabulary and features that fit the trade.

A page of your own
Menu, prices, opening hours and branches, in the business's own logo and colours. Customers book or join the queue without an account.
Point of sale
Cash, bank transfer, QRIS, debit or credit. Numbered receipts, recorded cashier shifts, and sales locked once completed.
Automatic commissions
Worked out when payment completes, by service or by staff member.
Customer records
Visit history, notes and contacts in one place, searchable and downloadable.
Stock and cost of goods
Stock goes down on its own when products sell or materials are used, with low-stock flags.
Points and packages
Points for regulars. Relaksi and Kilap also have packages and memberships deducted automatically on each visit.
Attendance
Staff check in from their phone with a rotating QR code on the till screen, or with a location check.
Payroll
Base pay, commission, meal allowance, BPJS and PPh 21 worked out together. Staff open their own payslips.
Free for 1 branch and 3 staff on every brand. Paid plans cover more branches and staff; attendance and payroll are on the paid plans.
How we built it
All four brands run on the same code, built and run by Arktik with Next.js and Postgres. The brand comes from the address you open, and the vocabulary (stylist, barber, therapist, washer), look and trade-specific features follow. Rules that matter, such as bookings that must never clash and sales that lock once completed, are enforced in the database itself.
Screens on this page use sample businesses with made-up names and data. Automatic WhatsApp reminders and online payment are still in development.
