The line moves from the door to your guests' phones.
Giliran replaces the crowd at the door. Guests scan a QR code, enter their name and party size, then go wherever they like while watching their place in line. Staff call them from a phone or tablet, the number shows up on the TV, and every visit becomes guest data and loyalty stamps for the owner.

What's inside
Join by QR
Guests scan the QR poster at the door and enter their name, number, and party size. A4/A5 posters print straight from the dashboard.
Live status on the phone
The guest page shows parties ahead and the estimated wait, then sends a notification when it's their turn.
Staff console
Call, seat, mark a no-show, or undo with one tap. It keeps working when the internet drops.
Tables and floor map
Every table's status is visible, and the console suggests the right party for a table that just freed up.
TV screen
The called number and the next in line show on a Smart TV or laptop, with guest names masked.
Table booking
Guests can book a slot to come later. At check-in, bookings go ahead of walk-ins.
Guest data and stamps
Every visit is recorded per guest, with loyalty stamps and segments such as new or regular. Phone numbers are stored encrypted.
Analytics
Tickets per day, average wait, peak hours, walk-aways, and a business health score for the owner.
Free up to 1,000 tickets a month for one outlet. Pro and Pro + AI plans for busier outlets.
How we built it
Built and run by Arktik with Next.js and Postgres. The line updates in real time over server-sent events, each business's data is separated in the database itself with row-level security, and guest phone numbers are stored encrypted.
The screens on this page use a sample outlet with made-up names and data. WhatsApp notifications, QRIS booking deposits, WhatsApp campaigns, and the AI assistant are still in development.
