Web & mobile apps
Apps that follow how your business works, not the other way round
Spreadsheets passed back and forth, orders tracked in chat, the same data typed into three places. When your team bends around tools that don't fit, the business has outgrown them.
We build the web and mobile apps people use every day: customer portals, booking systems, internal systems, and online shops. The price is agreed before each stage starts, you can try working software every week, and the code and every account are in your name from day one.
What we usually build
Customer portals
Customers check status, download documents, or reorder on their own without contacting your team.
Ordering and booking systems
Schedules, slots, and confirmations that run by themselves.
Internal systems
A replacement for the spreadsheet behind stock, orders, approvals, or reports.
Integrations
Connecting the systems you already use, such as payments, accounting, or WhatsApp, so nobody retypes data.
Android and iOS apps
When your users genuinely need an app on their phone.
Product design
Screens and flows delivered as working screens, not a PDF.
Examples
Three of Arktik's own products, built with the same process as client work.
Arktik productJelita
Salon software: online booking, stylist schedules, point of sale, and commissions in one app.
Arktik productJejak Saham
Who is buying into, adding to, trimming and exiting stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Arktik productAyo Main
A catalog of Indonesian-language games for kids aged 2–10. No sign-up, no ads.
How it works
Four stages, each agreed before it starts. The only thing you ever have to decide is whether to keep going.
01 · 1–2 weeks
Discovery
We work out the real problem, who uses it, and what limits us — before anyone writes code. You end up with a written plan and a fixed price, and it is yours to keep whether you continue with us or not.
02 · 2–3 weeks
Design
We decide how it looks and how it is built, together. You review real screens in your browser, not slides.
03 · from 6 weeks
Build
Delivered in pieces you can actually use. A working demo every week, and a private link you can open any time — you don’t have to watch it being built, you just always can.
04 · 1 week
Handover
The code, the documentation, and every password and account are confirmed as yours. From here some clients run it themselves and others keep us on to do it. You are choosing which, and that is the whole point of doing the first three stages this way.
What we always hold to
- Agreed before we start
- What you get and what it costs are put in writing before each stage begins. No renegotiating halfway through.
- Everything ends up yours
- The code, the servers, the domain, and every account are in your name from the first day — not ours.
- Talk to the people building it
- You deal directly with the people writing the software. Nobody relays messages on our behalf.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an app cost?
It depends on the scope. The first consultation is free. After that, discovery produces a written plan and a fixed price for the next stage. The plan is yours to keep, whether you continue with us or not.
How long does it take?
Discovery 1–2 weeks, design 2–3 weeks, build from 6 weeks, and handover 1 week. The first version is deliberately small so it is in use quickly.
Off-the-shelf or custom?
If an existing app solves your problem, we will say so and show you which one. Custom software is expensive, so it has to be the right call.
What if we want to change vendors later?
You can. The code, servers, domain, and accounts are in your name, and the technology is widely used, so another team can pick it up quickly.
Tell us about the process that hurts most
A few sentences is enough. The first step is a free call to map out what you need, and you can stop there with the plan in hand.
